About

Small team, sharp tools, honest reports.

Bug Bounty Team is a small security practice. We started as bug bounty hunters. At some point companies started paying us to stop attacking and start defending, and that became the job.

Who we are

Sam Riley leads the team. We came up through public bug bounty programs on HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti and YesWeHack. Those are the same hunting grounds as the people your defenses are actually against. That background shapes every engagement. We don't guess what an attacker would do; we do it, carefully, under authorization.

How we test

Automation for breadth

We run AI-driven recon and scanning across your entire surface: subdomains, endpoints, config drift, exposed artifacts. It goes wider and faster than a manual-only team could.

Humans for judgment

Nothing automated ships unconfirmed. A person verifies every finding, chains it where it can be chained, and rates it honestly. Automation finds. People decide.

Reports, not noise

You get a document written for humans: what we found, why it matters, how to fix it, proof it's real. No scanner-spam padding, no invented severity.

What we won't do

Test without signature

No scan runs before both parties sign a written agreement covering authorization, scope and rules of engagement. Ever.

Inflate findings

If we find nothing, the report says so. Severity is argued from impact, not from a scanner's confidence score.

Overpromise

We're a small team. We say so up front, and it's also why every engagement gets the attention we sell it with.

Where we operate

Public programs, private invites, and direct client work worldwide. Reach us at [email protected] or through the form below.

Say hello

Tell us what you're working with and we'll come back with a plan and a price, usually within one business day. Every engagement starts with a signed agreement on scope and authorization.
